Founded by a General Contractor
Traxinity started as an in-house fix for a real problem.
A general contractor running crews across dozens of active sites had the same three questions every week. Who was actually on site, and when. Where the tools went between jobs. Which bins were still sitting on a property nobody was billing for.
The answers lived in four different places — a time app, a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, and a GPS contract for the trucks. None of them talked to each other, and none of them could answer the only question that mattered: where is my stuff, and who has it?
So we built something that could. Every feature in Traxinity exists because an operation needed it, not because it demoed well.
Engineered by KAIN Labs
Field experience gets you the right product. It doesn't get you software that holds up when a hundred people depend on it.
Development is led by KAIN Labs, an AWS and Microsoft Partner with more than 25 years delivering enterprise software, including government systems across Canada. They own half of Traxinity, and they build it in-house.
That means the platform runs on infrastructure built for scale and security, and the roadmap is driven by what trades companies ask for — not by what a third-party vendor is willing to prioritize.
Proven on real job sites
Traxinity isn't a pilot. Jackman Construction, a general contractor in Waterloo Region, runs its entire operation on the platform today: 98 people, 132 active job sites, and hundreds of tools, bins and vehicles tracked across Southwestern Ontario.
Every feature has been tested on live job sites before it ships.

Traxinity is based in Kitchener, Ontario, and built for Canadian trades companies such as construction, bin rental, electrical and plumbing operations that need to know where their crews and equipment are without phoning around.
